What if Casey Spencer had a rocket launcher? lol.This is a video I done while I was bored using effects in Adobe Premiere Pro CS4. Footage from crime drama series ‘Ninety Eight Percent’. The date on the video is the date of my birthday next year, which for no particular reason I added.

This was my first attempt at any effects like that, so please let me know what you think. It was a bit of a rush job and I hope to do better next time lol.

i want to leave northern ireland and rent in scotland who are the housing associations based in scotland?

i don’t want to be in the city but in the outskirts of glasgow and edinburgh, i had thought of private rental but i don’t think i could afford that. i would like to have some contact with housing associations for renting a property but it would need to be a quiet area that i can bring up my 4 daughters in and close enough to a good primary school and secondary school that i could walk to if necessary

When you find this idyll, please don’t tell anyone or you will find that the house prices will soar and housing associations will be priced out of the market!

What amount of house deposit for first time buyer in suburbs of Glasgow?

We want to move from Dublin to the suburbs of Glasgow in the next few years. we might rent at first but hope to buy our first property there. Our budget would be 150,000 for a 3 bedroomed maximum. How much of a deposit would we be needing to pay approx? thanks.
Gosh, I thought that 20% would be the very most they would look for. Thanks. Keep the answers coming.
Have been on the Gspc or whatever it is called and there seems to be houses for that price. I can understand that the westend would be more expensive and we wouldn’t want to be that close to the city. Thinking of Dumbartonshire or Renfrewshire or something. Not ready to move yet but want to know how much we need to be saving.

A lot of mortgage companies today are asking for 25% so on 150,000 that’ll be 37,500. You may find one who only asks for 10% (15,000) if you’re lucky.

Thanks to every one that answered my Q.I have met great gal on line..I’m just back from LA after spending 5 weeks at her place in long beach.we got quite well..even spoke about getting married…I would like to work in the building game thats what I do in glasgow as well as buying property to fix up then rent out.I have a few property’s in glasgow at the moment…

Are you thinking of marriage because you want a Green Card or because you love the girl? It may make a difference because divorces in California can be draconian for the male.
Also, check out what you need to do building work. As an employee you will need a visa or Green Card (neither easy to get). But if you are planning to set up on your own, then be aware that to be a contract builder in the USA I believe you have to be licensed.

The home of all original members of Simple Minds in Toryglen Glasgow is demolished Jim and the the rest of the band lived in these flats,and formed the band from here! Mark Kerr,Jim’s brother was the only child to be born in the building! it was also featured in the new Sony Bravia advert! the music is “let it all come down” by Simple Minds.
sorry about the film quality!it was on the phone!!!! Jim now lives at his unique Sicilian residence “Hotel Villa Angela”in Taormina with the logistics tour managing genius that is PK!!!!!!

How do you rent to DSS/Asylum seekers?

Is it just a matter of advertising and letting them contact you? Or do you register with your local authority? Glasgow property if it makes any difference

I would strongly advise you to rent via a property letting agency for your peace of mind, they’ll handle any problems that might arise and ensure your property is safe.
Since you haven’t mentioned contracts and legal housing agreements I think this will be your best option.
Fineholm who’s office is in Bath Street, I think, or at least one of those streets running up by Central Station on the Argyle Street end have a pretty good reputation.
